EQUIPMENT OPERATOR FULL TIME 3.7 3.7
out of 5 stars 5400 Delaware Avenue, Hainesport, NJ 08036 SPECIFIC DUTIES Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures. Must possess professional etiquette. Operate all machinery in a safe and appropriate manner. Including, but not limited to: a. Drives forklift to transport a variety of loads. Controls movement of lifting apparatus b. Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, and around loaded pallets, carts, boxes, products, or materials, and transports load to designated area c.
Tracks materials in work area, and supplies workers with materials as needed d. Prepares shipments for truck pickup. Assists in loading/unloading trucks e. Dumps trash container. Cross-trains to operate baler, tipper, and other machinery. Perform safety checks on equipment. Safeguards company property, including donated goods. Reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation of company property. Keep work area and surrounding area neat, clean, and orderly. Maintain daily work and machinery log as assigned. Regular attendance is required. Must adhere to attendance policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned.

Must have valid drivers license in good standing. Flexibility to cover other areas of Goodwill when needed. Must be able to complete multiple tasks assigned within time frame set by supervisor. Vision corrected to within normal limits. Ability to work well in a hectic work environment with occasional periods of high stress.
