Job Opportunity:
Handy man/driver (Trenton) compensation: 21/hour employment type: job title: Property Maintenance Worker/driver We are a property maintenance company looking for a reliable worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Clean outs and construction trash pickup Light household repairs (e.g., painting, plumbing, flooring) Making appointments and be responsible for maintenance Occasional appliance delivery Occasional demolition work Drive a pickup truck with a trailer Operate a small dump trailer Drive the truck to the dump and unload the trash Scale in and out, fill out proper paperwork at the dump Requirements(MUST HAVE): Valid driver’s license Own vehicle (for commuting to work and sometimes to different projects) Basic handyman skills Must have common tools (hammer, knife, screwdrivers, screw guns) MUST be able to drive a pickup truck with a trailer.
