Job Title:

Estate Attendant / Outdoor Maintenance Assistant We are seeking a responsible, hands-on individual to help manage and maintain the outdoor areas of a private home in Deal, NJ. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and is capable of taking initiative. The role includes physical tasks, light hospitality duties, and general upkeep. Key Responsibilities Maintain and clean the outdoor spaces around the property (e.g., yard, pool area, patio) Power washing of surfaces as needed Serve drinks and provide assistance to guests as requested (e.g., bringing towels, restocking fridge) Monitor and care for the pool area Restock beverages and run errands (e.g., picking up drinks or supplies with company credit card) General building, setup, and moving tasks when needed

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license Must be physically strong and capable of lifting and moving items Must be reliable, respectful, and self-motivated Experience with cleaning, outdoor maintenance, or bar service is a plus Must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
