Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Hi-lo Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of equipment in a distribution center or warehouse setting.

Duties:

• Operate Hi-lo, Order Picker, Reach Truck, and other material handling equipment
• Perform order picking, loading, unloading, and materials handling tasks
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Safely transport materials within the warehouse or distribution center
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Hi-lo Driver or similar role
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Familiarity with basic math for inventory management
• Ability to load and unload materials efficiently
• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution center environment

Preferred Skills:

• Order picking experience
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
• Familiarity with distribution center operations
• Materials handling expertise
