We are currently hiring a CDL Truck Driver / Laborer to support daily operations in the safe transportation and handling of explosives. Competitive Pay with overtime premiums Comprehensive Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Life, Accident & Critical Illness) with minimum employee cost share 401(k) with Company Contribution ️ Paid Vacation Career Advancement Opportunities Requirements Valid Class B CDL or higher Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required 1+ year verifiable commercial driving experience Current DOT medical card Ability to pass: State background check Pre-employment DOT drug screen ATF Employee Possessor Questionnaire submission Key Responsibilities Perform thorough pre-trip inspections on assigned commercial vehicles Safely transport bulk and/or packaged explosives to customer locations Complete all required regulatory documentation Assist blaster-in-charge in: Loading boreholes with explosives Stemming boreholes using shovel Tying and timing blast shots Setting up seismographs and managing roadblocks Unload any remaining product at the end of the day Finalize all end-of-day paperwork and reports All duties must be performed in compliance with MSHA, Hilltop Energy, and customer regulations and policies.
