Pay rate: $20.10 per hour
Sign On-Bonus:
$100 after 90 days of employment.

- The Spirit of the
Position:
- The Shuttle Driver position is responsible for the effective, efficient, and safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers & employees to and from the airport terminal and employee parking, ensuring all activities support the safety and welfare of all passengers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure reliable and punctual attendance
- Collaborate effectively with others and demonstrate strong teamwork
- Greet customers warmly and provide timely assistance and problem resolution
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide general information about the local area
- Follow supervisors’ directions and work with or without supervision
- Promote excellent customer relations and provide premier customer satisfaction
- Provide daily transportation for passengers to and from destinations
- Perform pre
- and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions and safety standards
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including those with special needs
- Provide customers with parking information and directions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle and uniforms
- Adhere to safety regulations and standards
- Maintain effective communication with passengers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Report accidents, problems, and required information promptly
- Ensure shuttle security and adhere to safety procedures
- Respond to inquiries and resolve service discrepancies respectfully
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to drive continuously for 2-3 hours
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively
