Are you a hands-on leader who loves working around vehicles and heavy equipment? Do you take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly? Chuck’s Auto Parts Solutions is looking for a Dismantling Manager to drive operations in our dismantling and yard department. This isn’t your average desk job—we’re talking forklifts, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment where every day is different. If you’ve got grit, vehicle know-how, and a knack for keeping people and parts moving, read on!
What You’ll Do:
Lead the dismantling and yard flow—keeping things safe, efficient, and well-organized Move vehicles into the dismantling shop using heavy equipment (forklift pros, this one’s for you!) Oversee paperwork for dismantled cars and keep inventory records accurate and up-to-date Ensure the right parts are pulled, tagged, and ready for their next life Return vehicles to proper locations for further evaluation Review employee pay sheets for accuracy (we like our numbers to match) Help unload and check in new salvage vehicles as they arrive Keep our facility clean, organized, and ready to impress
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
Forklift experience is a must Prior vehicle knowledge is a big plus Strong communication and teamwork skills—you’ll be working with 5+ crew members Management experience is helpful, but not required—we’ll train the right person A great attitude and the ability to hustle in a hands-on environment Why Join Chuck’s?
