- $140 FOR START employment type: experience level: entry level job title: DRIVER Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. Morning shift begins at 5:15 am
- 9:15 am. Evening shift begins at 16:20 pm
- 18:20 pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of driving regulations, excellent navigation skills, and the ability to handle various types of vehicles, including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles. - Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles.
- Load and unload goods using pallet jacks and forklifts as necessary.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers to coordinate deliveries.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving is preferred, including familiarity with manual transmission vehicles.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading and unloading tasks.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to safety and customer service.
