Job Description
Field Technician PURIS Corporation, LLC 232 East Lancaster Road, Harmony, PA 16037 Field Technician Job Description 1. CDL preferred (Class B) 2. Drive and operate Jet Vacuum Truck (training provided) 3. Drive and operate a TV Truck (includes computer operations) (training provided) 4. Labor to include but not be limited to the following: A. Shoveling B. Lifting 30 lbs or more C. Setting up equipment for the day ahead D. Entering manholes E. Setting up of hoses and pumps F. Setting up of steam hose lines G. Taking down of all setup equipment and storing in tool trucks, pickups, and other company vehicles H. Keeping all company vehicles neat and clean (interior & exterior) I. Directing traffic (flagging) J. Pulling jet hose and TV cable 5. Conduct yourself professionally at all times 6. Be on time
- 5:45am at shop (Unless otherwise notified) 7. Overnight
- Out of town travel may be necessary 8. Repair minor equipment breakdowns 9. These duties are subject to change per management’s discretion Working conditions will require: 1. Work is outdoors
- it is hot in the summer and cold in the winter be prepared 2. Dress accordingly i.e.; rain coat, winter coat, hat and gloves, long pants (No shorts), steel toed boots 3. Bring your lunch and drink 4. Be prepared for hard work and long days 5. Overnight
- Out of town travel may be necessary.
Company will provide:
1. Hardhat, safety vest, safety harness, safety glasses, training 2. Sewers have odors
- Air monitors and fans are provided
