Tractor Trailer Driver – RTD Position Available In Dauphin, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Job Duties Drives tractor-trailer vehicle to designatedlocations and operate mechanized loading/unloading equipment.

Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High SchoolDiploma/GED Minimum Experience Six (6) months FedEx Expressexperience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability todrive manual transmission preferred. Ability to operate mechanizedloading/GSE. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packagesof any weight above 50 Lbs with appropriate equipment and/orassistance from another person. Customer contact & package handlingexperience preferred. Good human relations & verbal communicationskills. Neat appearance since customer contact is involved. JobConditions FMCSA covered safety sensitive position. Medical examrequired. Subject to regulatory alcohol & drug testing, whichincludes testing for marijuana, pcp, amphetamines, cocaine &opioids. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in asafe manner. Must obtain & maintain valid commercial driver’slicense (CDL) & a hazardous materials endorsement (HME) for type ofvehicle assigned & have good driving record as outlined in policy.

This compensation range isprovided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salaryrange for this role across all potential locations. If thisopportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary informationrepresents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actualstarting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job,market level, pay at the location for this job and otherjob-related factors permitted by law.
