Key Requirements:
CDL-A LicenseMinimum 3 months driving experienceClean MVR & SAPAble to pass hair follicle test
What You’ll Earn:
Base Pay:
$1,724 average per week (up to $126,000 annually)Top 10%
Earn:
$2,788 weekly
Unload Pay:
$250 per trailer
Weekly Incentive:
$125 for 3 unloads
SOB Bonus:
$500 first load, $500 at 30 days (must be active and seated)
Additional Perks:

Training:
Paid $150/day for shadow runs (up to 5 days)
Key Responsibilities:
Manual Unload â unload trailers at Family Dollar storesWeekly Routes â VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV (within 700 miles)Freight Handling â 1-6 store deliveries per tripNights, Weekends, and Holidays â expected during your workweek
