un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Class A CDL driver/ Equipment operator (Marietta) J & R Forestry, Inc ‹ image 1 of 4 › 178 Airport Rd compensation: 60-90k employment type: experience level: mid level job title: CDL Class A Driver Our company J&R Forestry does custom forestry spraying. We work a lot in Potter county and through out much of the state. We are hiring a driver to operate a tri axle water truck pulling a pintle hitch trailer. Driver will need to get a tanker endorsement. Driving duties will be to deliver our equipment to job sites and truck water to the job sites to supply spraying operations. Equipment operator position could be included part of the time. Overnight stays are required during our busy season. normally staying onsite in a camper. Home weekends Driver will also need to be able to help assist in mechanical repairs and general maintenance to our equipment, trucks and trailers. This is seasonal work with our busy time the months of June, July, and August. In the past our driver has been salaried and gets up to 10 weeks PTO. Position could be part time and only work during summer and 6 weeks in the spring. We can allow a lot of paid time off around Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year, and Easter. Well paid position, Mechanical and welding experience will be helpful. The more skills you have the better I can pay you. No drinking or smoking allowed on jobsites. Principals only.
