The person in this role will be a key player in enhancing operational efficiency between the employer and customer by providing the teams with additional time for production and loading. Job Description Submit daily drop trailer list Detail the assignments of the trailers with corresponding load numbers Provide a designated parking spot or dock door for each trailer Ensure every trailer is assigned a load for the day Verify that all trailers are up to date on servicing, fully operational, are maintained in optimal condition Other tasks as needed Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Required Ability to stand/walk for an extended amount of time Ability to communicate with personnel from multiple companies and departments Schedule This is a part-time position in which hours may vary due to volume. The shift start time is 4pm. Working hours are determined by the time required to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
