Main Ingredients of the Job Safely drive trucksto customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times Carefullyunload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack,or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas Verifyaccuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signaturesHandle collections and payments from customers when applicableProfessionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhanceour client experience Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipmentinspection Physical Requirements Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20to 80 lbs. of product repetitively during each shift requiredComfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditionswith frequent stops (10 per shift) required What You Bring to theTable Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse• Must be at least 21years of age Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state oflegal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualificationsMinimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry)OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/orbeverage delivery industry required Ability to operate manualtransmission preferred; may be required in specific locations Mustbe able to read and communicate in the English language – able tohold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs andsignals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter informationon reports and records. Compensation depends on relevant experience,specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factorsas applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role isbetween $24 – $27 per hour. As applicable, this role will alsoreceive overtime compensation, retention bonus, component pay.
