Overview:

We’re a small, locally owned river outfitter passionate about connecting people with the outdoors. We’re looking for a highly motivated and responsible individual who shares our love for nature to join our team as a River Trips Driver. This is a key role ensuring our guests have a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience on the Delaware River.

Duties Include:

Safely transport guests to and from river access points using a 15-passenger van with a trailer attached Load and unload canoes, kayaks, and rafts Deliver clear and engaging safety briefings before each trip Perform pre-trip and post-trip checks on vehicles and trailers Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization for gear and transport vehicles Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist with other on-site duties as needed

Qualifications:

Clean driving record Experience driving vans with trailers (or willingness to learn quickly) Physically able to lift and carry canoes, kayaks, and rafts Excellent attention to detail and time management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for nature, the outdoors, and helping others CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willing to obtain) If you’re reliable, outgoing, and ready to spend your days outside by the water, we’d love to hear from you!
