Driver/Mover Point B Moving LLC North Wales, PA 19454 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and providing excellent customer service during the moving process. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving, loading, and unloading items, as well as a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Operate company vehicles to transport goods to various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring that all items are handled with care to prevent damage. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to assist with heavy lifting and moving of large items. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including routes taken and any issues encountered during transport. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including organizing inventory and preparing items for shipment. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is preferred. Previous experience in route driving or courier services is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
