The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, particularly with tractor-trailer vehicles. Responsibilities:

Operate various types of trucks including tractor-trailers, tankers, and roll-off trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently. Plan and follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations. Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling of materials. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck both inside and out.

Requirements:

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record 12 Months Tractor Trailer Experience in the Last 3 Years

TWIC IS A MUST

Current driver license number and driver license history for the past 3 years History of traffic accidents, violations and/or convictions from the last 3 years (including DUI or reckless driving conviction and license suspension) Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with route driving in a commercial setting. Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus for loading and unloading freight. Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the road. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
