Located in Philadelphia, we are a family-owned food wholesale distribution company that primarily services the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions of the United States.
Position Summary:
Julius Silvert is seeking an experienced professional full-time Night Yard Manager . This role will be responsible for moving vans, trucks, and tractor-trailers to and from the yard and loading docks.
Responsibilities:
Safely move box trucks in the yard for loading, fueling, and cleaning Some paperwork required Conduct a DVIR mechanical inspection daily Physical body damage inspection daily Communicate with onsite mechanic nightly & report information Responsible for cleaning all trucks daily including power washing of truck boxes Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have professional driving experience CDL A License is a must Flexible with hours Clean driving record Attention to detail Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check
