As a not-for-profit organization, we are focused on the quality of care and services we provide to our residents, versus the daily pressures to increase “the bottom line” by owners or investors. All resources are invested into our community and used to increase staffing, improve facilities and enhance services or activities. The Seasons is seeking a Driver who enjoys working with the senior population to take our residents to appointments and on outings. This is a full-time position, 4 days per week. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. No weekends and minimal holidays . Full-time benefit package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid sick and vacation time as well as paid holidays.

Driver Responsibilities:

Operate company 12 passenger van and/ or car to transport residents of the nursing assisted living facility to doctor appointments, outings, etc. Will also fill in, if needed, for other transportation or vehicle needs. To complete all routes as near to schedule as possible, and communicate to the facility if there is any anticipated/ actual deviations from schedule. Responsible for scheduling/ re-scheduling medical appointments for residents and tracking these appointments in Outlook or other electronic format. To be courteous to all clients, residents, employees and public at all times. Maintain company vehicles according to company policy . Maintain mileage log on a daily basis indicating time left, destination, time returned and total mileage. During times when there are no transportation needs may be asked to assist other departments.

Requirements:

Must be in good physical and mental health. Must have a clean driving record. Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. Must pass a BCI background check. The Seasons is an Equal Opportunity employer.
