Job Description
To provide safe and reliable transportation services for guests in accordance with hotel standards.
Responsibilities Safely transport guests to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service.
Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other belongings as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel driving policies for guest and staff safety.
Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments to coordinate transportation needs.
Assist with other guest service duties as needed. Qualifications Must have avalid driver’s licensewith a clean driving record.
Previousguest service experiencepreferred.
Ability to workweekends, holidays, and varied shiftsas required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry luggage up to50 lbs.
Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
Tools & Equipment:
Hotel vehicle, GPS, radio, and telephone.
Working Environment:
Primarily outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions. This is a part-time, seasonal role.
