LCG Freight Inc., a fast-growing drayage and intermodal transportation company, is hiring an Intermodal Driver Recruiter to help grow our fleet in the Charleston, Savannah, Houston, Norfolk and Jacksonville markets. We’re looking for someone with industry experience as a recruiter for the drayage industry, a self-starter attitude, and a passion for building strong teams that deliver results.

What You’ll Do:

Recruit CDL-A company drivers and owner-operators with TWIC cards for intermodal drayage routes Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, and onboarding Build a consistent pipeline of qualified drivers through online platforms, referrals, and community outreach Screen candidates for DOT and FMCSA compliance Maintain recruiting activity logs and performance reports Work closely with dispatch, safety, and operations to align hiring needs Represent LCG Freight in a professional and positive manner to all candidates and vendors

Qualifications:

2+ years recruiting experience in trucking or intermodal transportation recruiting Knowledge of

DOT/FMCSA

hiring standards Strong communication and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines and hit recruiting targets Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
