Who We’re Looking For:
We need a highly motivated self-starter with deep industry connections to launch and manage a brand-new intermodal terminal in their territory. This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding—you must be ready to hit the ground running and bring your book of business with you.
What You’ll Do:
Start up and manage a new terminal in your territory. Bring your existing drivers and customers to the operation. Oversee dispatch, operations, and customer service. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Drive revenue and profitability through your industry relationships .
What You Need:
Proven experience as an intermodal dispatcher. An established following of drivers and customers —this is non-negotiable. The drive and ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. Strong leadership and operational skills. A deep understanding of intermodal logistics, rail yards, and local drayage.
