KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND WAREHOUSE EXECUTION

Local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites Safely and efficiently operate vehicles, truck mounted forklifts, warehouse forklifts Assist in day-to-day functions of warehouse operations while following safety practices Load and unload trucks Maintain accurate checklists and delivery logs Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, material handling practices, and load securement policies Communicate with supply center team and customers for accurate, on-time delivery Review discrepancies from inventory and notifies Branch Manager Accurate receiving and pulling of product to ensure accurate inventory Ensure all merchandise is properly racked and tagged Assist Warehouse Supervisor/ Branch Manager with inventory accuracy and quality

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lift or move up to 100 lbs. Standing, walking, moving, and talking frequently

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The atmosphere is that of a warehouse environment and office space This position will primarily work in a facility where forklifts are present Employees must wear Personal Protective Equipment that is issued for the branch location Temperature can range from extreme cold to extreme heat

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) 1 year driving experience Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Delivery Experience Basic Warehouse/Wholesale Operations Safety policies and processes
