Position Purpose and Summary:
As a Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for both non-ambulatory and ambulatory patients to hospitals, dialysis centers, and other medical appointments, ensuring comfort and care in a non-emergency setting.

Be timely and dependable, ensuring clients are on time for their essential medical appointments. Communication with
Dispatch:
Report drop-offs, delays, incidents, and receive new orders efficiently from the Dispatch team.

Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License with no at-fault accidents in the last 3 years (Required). CPR & First Aid Certification (Will be provided on-site by Metro One Certified Trainer). 1 Year of Driver Experience (Preferred). Zero At-Fault Incidents in the last 3 years.
Skills & Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience:
Must have a strong customer-facing background and a proven record of providing excellent assistance to clients.
Driving Experience:
At least 1 year of van driving experience preferred. Clean driving record with no more than 4 points in the last 3 years and a valid South Carolina driver’s license.
Great Attitude:
Empathy, compassion, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Confidentiality:
Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and all federal, state, and agency guidelines.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Licenses/Certifications:
