Driver Recruiter 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Charleston, SC 29410 We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Driver Recruiter to join our growing team in the Charleston area . This is a critical role focused on sourcing and securing top-tier CDL drivers with port experience in container operations and 3PL warehouse logistics. What You’ll Do:
Partner with hiring managers to assess driver needs and implement tailored recruitment strategies Source candidates using online platforms, job boards, social media, industry networks, and in-person events Screen, interview, and evaluate driver candidates to ensure qualifications and cultural fit Coordinate interviews and assist hiring managers throughout the selection process Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system Cultivate relationships with CDL schools, trucking associations, and other industry contacts Stay current with transportation industry trends, particularly around port operations and 3PL logistics Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding of new drivers Apply today and help us drive the future of logistics—one hire at a time! What You Bring:
Prior recruiting experience, ideally within the transportation or logistics sectors Deep understanding of CDL Class A driver qualifications and port/container-related requirements Strong knowledge of
DOT/FMCSA
regulations and driver qualification files Familiarity with 3PL warehouse logistics and related operational demands Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Experience with ATS platforms and digital recruitment tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in team settings Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred but not required)
