Job Summary As a full-time Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships because you will have direct, face-to-face contact with Arc3’s customers on a daily basis as you deliver gas cylinders and supplies on a scheduled route in Charleston, SC. The Delivery Driver position does not require a CDL but will prosper in to a CDL qualified position with a higher pay scale, with company assistance. The work schedule will take place Monday through Friday with 5 hours of guaranteed overtime each week. Responsibilities and Duties + Safely and efficiently load, deliver, and unload Co2 cylinders and hard goods to local customers. + Identify and monitor customers’ needs and maintain their desired cylinder levels to minimize or eliminate the need for emergency deliveries. + Fill propane cylinders. + Keep the inside and outside of the delivery vehicle safe and clean. + Assist with and support general branch operations. + Other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. + Willingness to obtain Class B CDL with HazMat preferred. + Customer service experience preferred. + Must be at least 20 years-old. + Excellent oral communication skills, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and ability to pay attention to detail. + Excellent customer service skills. + Excellent time-management skills. + Excellent driving record. + Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs. + Must be able to work outdoors in varying temperatures. + Ability to perform functions during occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling and finger activities. Frequent bending also required. + Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
