POSITION SUMMARY K

== It is the primary responsibility of the Shuttle Driver to provide courteous & professional services to our contracted shuttle services. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation to every passenger, on every trip, per the route and directions given Maintain clean and safe vehicle, fueling and removing trash after shift completion Maintain a clean MVR & Background Complete pre-trip and post trips inspection Communication Communicating with dispatch for all needs Clear and consistent communication Operations Consistent punctuality Familiar with all routes, stops, and timing to ensure timely loops Provide services in accordance with training and specifications Complete required daily ridership logs & daily driver logs in compliance with DOT regulations Operate company used software & apps efficiently Customer Service Answering riders questions to the best of your ability and directing any concerns to dispatch Friendly disposition, greeting all riders you meet Integrity Add value to, and assist with, reaching company goals by taking ownership in your position, and assisting with other responsibilities as needed Show integrity and respect with all clients and coworkers

Ability to safely drive a range of vehicles Ability to sit for extended periods Attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Adequate proficiency in English Basic computer skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience:

1-3 years related experience preferred

Preferred Certification/Licensure:

Valid driver’s license and CDL class B with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement
