The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with passengers. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles, ensuring timely transportation of passengers to various locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including heavy lifting when necessary. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding any delays or issues encountered during routes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience as a delivery driver, van driver, school bus driver, or shuttle driver is preferred. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by passenger needs or luggage handling. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage time effectively. Previous experience in paratransit or bus driving is a plus.
