• Overview:

• We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Turret Operators for a contract-to-hire opportunity in a high-volume, climate-controlled distribution environment.

This role is responsible for operating turret trucks to manage inventory across high-bay racking systems and cold storage conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Safely operate
• turret
• trucks to pick and store products in high-bay rack systems + Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and track inventory accurately + Load and unload pallets while preserving product integrity + Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues to supervision + Maintain safety and cleanliness in cold storage areas ranging from -10°F to 40°F + Collaborate with team members and follow productivity goals + Adhere to safety, sanitation, and operational protocols at all times •

Qualifications:

• + Must be authorized to work in the United States + Must be 18 years or older + Must have reliable transportation + Willingness to complete a post-offer drug screening + Ability to start work within one to two weeks preferred + Previous experience with turret trucks or high-bay inventory systems prefered but not required

• The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
