Job Description
1st Shift Tire Loaders 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars Richburg, SC 29729 We are looking for motivated and hardworking workers / loaders to join our team. Our operation is simple; you will be working in teams of two to load 2-3 trailers per day. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of loading tires and be familiar with basic loading protocols and safety guidelines.
Overview:
The team will be loading full pallets of tires onto conveyor or by pallet jack/walkie rider and loading tries by hand onto the trailer. Pre-Check make sure trailers are empty and free of trash, report any damage to the inside of trailer. Load tires onto conveyor Attention to detail as SKU numbers on tires can change. Repetitive lifting and bending Must be able to lift to 70lbs. This is accomplished with 2 people, and we are averaging 2.5 or less hours per trailer. We have a standard of loading 2-3 trailers per team of two.
Pay:
Paid per trailer loaded (2-3 trailers daily) A trailer’s payout is determined by its weight. The faster/efficient you are, the more you make. The average loader can make $500 to $1000 in a week ($120-200 a day) Requirements Has worked a physically demanding job before Has steel toe/composite toe shoes Has reliable transportation Reliable attendance Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screen Must be able to lift to 70lbs
