POSITION SUMMARY:

As a crew member, you will play a crucial role in promoting community pride and environmental stewardship.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

This class specification lists the major duties and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive. Perform regular litter pick-up along designated roads to ensure a clean and attractive appearance. Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment, such as trash grabbers, bags, and safety gear. Collaborate with team members to efficiently cover designated areas and complete tasks within established timeframes. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in outdoor environments and alongside traffic. Report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or unusual conditions observed during work to supervisors. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing our organization to the public. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about safety procedures and job-related updates. Work in various weather conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and precipitation. QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Valid Driver’s License required Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow guidelines. Litter Crew
