One of the largest IT asset disposition companies in the world, EPC, is looking for Class D licensed drivers with excellent communication and customer relations skills. In this role, you will wrap and pack equipment, and transport it from customer locations to EPC’s warehouse. You will be the face of the company and provide the high-level of service EPC is known for throughout the world. When a driver is not on the road or scheduled for pickups, they will be a valuable member of the Columbia, SC as an IT processing technician, performing basic IT functions.
Brief Summary of Duties:
Promptly respond to job requests. Identify equipment to be removed from customers facility. Load and unload tracks, pack and unpacking, wrapping skids, moving computer equipment. Make scheduled pickups and deliveries using a 26′ standard transmission box truck. Pack and wrap equipment on pallets for shipping. Load trucks with pallets Work and communicate professionally with the customer and headquarters. Confidentially and accurately wipe data from all hard drives. Drivers may work/help in the warehouse when they are not out driving. Able to work On the Road / overnight trips up to 3-4 nights weekly. Occasionally / rarely on weekends Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Other duties as assigned by department Working Environment Driving company box truck to designated sites. Warehouse temperatures can widely vary based upon local weather conditions and may occasionally exceed 90 degrees. Should be open to extra hours (including weekly overtime) in a fast-paced environment. Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions / inclement weather including snow and high winds. High school diploma or GED Experience driving 26′ truck or larger trucks is required. (except in New Jersey and FL) Valid (Operator) driver’s license:
Class C:
NV, TX PA, Class D:

MO, FL Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report to prove clean driving history. A record showing no accidents in a twenty-four (24) month period and no more than two (2) minor moving violations in the same period. Skilled with Windows based programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Warehouse experience including the preparation and packing of equipment skids using appropriate equipment.
