Duties:
Lead crews, offer feedback, assist crews and train new employees in completion of the job duties in accordance with all company and client policy Lead multiple crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services to safely and effectively complete hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs at industrial facilities. Ensure all equipment is functioning Must have specific knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) Must have specific knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, i.e. be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to safely and effectively complete the required job scope Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork Communicate Updates with Clients Complete time sheets and all admin paperwork for a job
Conditions:
Work at Industrial Owner Facilities in and around the Greater Houston Area Ability to travel for out of town up to 25% of the time. Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk Be On Call 24/7 Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet
Requirements:
