Class A Truck Driver Position Available In Davidson, Tennessee

Trillium Drivers is looking for Class A drivers in the Nashville, TN area! 1st shift Mon-Fri 6am to 4pm. Drivers will be handling local truckload deliveries, primarily drop & hook, no touch freight. They will be picking up trailers at a customer facility and delivering them to the plant daily, as well as delivering trailers with repaired pallets to the customers facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Expected to make a certain number of deliveries, depending on location.
• Expected to work 50+ hours/week.
• The CDL Truck Driver will be driving automatic trucks; 53′ dry vans and/or flatbeds, depending on the location
• Complete paperwork at customer site verifying delivery and retrieval of pallets
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50-75 pound and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot and stand for entire shift of varying lengths in time Pay rate is $24 per hour.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 23 years of age
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• Has not ever been disqualified to drive
• Can successfully complete a DOT road test
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths in time Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
