What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Leading a 2+ person crew in executing landscape enhancement projects ✔ Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest client standards ✔ Conducting site inspections and providing hands-on leadership for soil preparation, planting, and irrigation ✔ Training team members and ensuring strict safety protocols are followed ✔ Driving and maintaining company vehicles and equipment ✔ Managing schedules, job progress, and quality control What You Bring to the

Team:

2+ years of landscape installation experience 1+ years of crew leadership experience Strong understanding of lawn care, planting, and irrigation Ability to operate landscape equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.) Driver’s license with a good record Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Ability to read architectural drawings and execute plans with precision Physical ability to handle outdoor work, including lifting 30-80 lbs and working in various weather conditions Why Join Russell Landscape?
