Position Tasks and Activities:

Primary Responsibilities1.Pre Trip-Coordinate with sales/operations management for diagrams and job details

• Check ticket against preload/ double check loading with warehouse staff-Perform quality control inspection of all equipment prior to delivery-Secure load for safety-Load all tools and operational equipment-Check final load again-Meet with all crew assigned and review upcoming task.

Discuss safety concerns. Inform all crew of rules and regulations at your destination.2.Driving-Serve as store representative-Carry driver’s license at ALL times-Observe all laws-Complete safety inspection/safety check daily on vehicles (fuel, lights, brakes, etc.

• Keep vehicles clean (interior/ exterior
• Notify operations management of any scrapes, dents, accidents, etc
• Notify operations management of any mechanical difficulties
• At end of service day fuel vehicle before returning to the warehouse.3.Delivery and pick up-Contact client prior to or on arrival to inform them you have arrived
• Greet customer and discuss methods/locations for unloading and inform/discuss with customer your plan of action
• Relay all information obtained from customer to crew for unloading procedures
• Assign all crew with task and supervise their quality and progress
• Must adhere to all venue/location regulations/rules
