Field-based position with assigned zones About Westside Recovery Services Westside is a rapidly expanding repossession firm with over 40 years of combined industry knowledge and experience. We utilize industry-leading technology, top-of-the-line recovery trucks, and advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Vehicle Recovery Spotters to join our team. Using our state-of-the-art camera-equipped vehicles and specialized software, you’ll locate vehicles scheduled for repossession and coordinate with our Recovery Towing Agents. This is a fast-paced role with excellent earning potential and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Operate LPR camera system vehicles in assigned zones during scheduled shifts Utilize our industry leading software to locate vehicles up for repossession Search for specific client accounts as well as scanning via the LPR database Verify recovery orders and coordinate with tow truck drivers for vehicle recovery Communicate with local authorities regarding recovery operations Complete required documentation for office staff Participate in corporate communication channels for effective team coordination

Requirements Essential Qualifications:

Minimum age 20 years Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (clean MVR required) Must pass comprehensive background check Basic computer skills and technical proficiency Working mobile device with reliable service Willingness to join corporate messenger group for team communication

Schedule Requirements:
