POSITION PURPOSE

• [Truck Driver Light (F)[ ensures the safe and timely delivery of all merchandise and materials. This movement is usually between the ADCs, stores and Distribution Center, but may include other locations as needed using a truck with capacity under 26,000 GVW.

• Reports daily as directed to receive schedule.[Conducts inspection of assigned vehicle before, during and after daily trips as prescribed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the organization.]{arial”,sans-serif”=””
• Completes daily vehicle inspection report and submits to management team members
• Maintains accurate records and logs at all times and signs all necessary paperwork daily
• Reports any damage or potential problem noticed with vehicle on the pre and post trips inspections.[Operates vehicle safely and responsibly at all times:]{arial”,sans-serif”=””
• Practices safe loading and unloading to prevent movement, shifting load and allow safe transport per NHTSA requirements
• Always chock wheels properly and secure the load
• Never deviate from scheduled routes
• Never use vehicle for personal use
• Keeps the interior and exterior of vehicle clean
• Does not have, use, or consume food, drink, or tobacco products in the vehicle
• Does not operate a personal cell phone or other personal electronic devices in vehicle while driving
