K/yr Job Summary:

Sysco has immediate jobopenings for dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safelyand efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and manuallyunload/deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods,groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on anassigned route schedule. Our truck drivers build relationships witheach customer using their positive, friendly attitude and becomefamiliar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements

• 21 years of age.
• Mustsubmit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• License to drive
• valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and speak theEnglish language sufficiently to converse with the general public,to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the Englishlanguage, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries onreports and records.
• Touch freight
• may need to lift, push ormove product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100pounds repeatedly.
• Flexibility
• overtime as required, weekendsand holidays as business needs require. Preferred Requirements
• 1year customer delivery experience preferred.
• 6 months handcart/hand truck experience preferred.
• 6 months Food and Beverageexperience preferred.
• 2 years consistent work history preferred.
