This is a graveyard shift position: 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM only You must be 18 years or older You must have a valid driver’s license You must have a clean driving record A CDL is not required but is a plus You must be comfortable driving a box truck daily to deliver doughnuts to our Farragut location About the Role Parlor Doughnuts is looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our Back of House team in Knoxville as our overnight Fryer and Delivery Driver . This role is vital to the daily success of both our Knoxville and Farragut shops. You will be responsible for frying doughnuts through the night, managing production prep, and delivering fresh doughnuts to our Farragut location each morning. Why Join Parlor Doughnuts?

Pay Range:

$17-$19/hour (includes tips) Consistent overnight hours Be part of a fast-growing, high-energy brand with excellent product quality and a great team environment Room for growth within a supportive and professional workplace Graveyard Shift Responsibilities (12:00 AM – 7:00 AM) Arrive at midnight to begin frying doughnuts for both Knoxville and Farragut shops Load the company box truck with fresh doughnuts and supplies by 4:45 AM Deliver products to our Farragut location by 5:00 AM Return to the downtown Knoxville store to assist with glazing, stocking the display case, and cleaning up the fry area Tie and prep dough for the following day Maintain a clean and organized fryer station and work environment Monitor inventory and ensure necessary supplies are prepped and restocked What We’re Looking For Must be 18+ years of age Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record CDL is a plus, but not required Must be comfortable driving a box truck daily Ability to work overnight/early morning hours consistently Experience in frying, baking, or other food prep roles preferred Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, Dependable, self-starter with good time management Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical demands of the role Additional Details This position is based out of our Knoxville, TN location You will be required to complete training at this location before beginning regular shifts Parlor Doughnuts also operates a second location in Farragut, TN, which will receive deliveries from you daily
