$20/hour About Us MidTenn Bins is a locally owned and operated trash bin cleaning service proudly serving Nashville and surrounding communities. We help homeowners and businesses keep their bins sanitary, odor-free, and pest-resistant. As we grow, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our field operations team. About the Role As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for operating a MidTenn Bins cleaning truck to complete scheduled routes each day. Your job will be to clean garbage bins at client locations after local waste pickup has occurred. Jobs are assigned via a mobile app, and you’ll need to be flexible and professional as you work outdoors and interact with clients. Responsibilities Operate a MidTenn Bins cleaning truck safely and efficiently Follow daily routes and use company-provided app to manage jobs Clean trash and recycling bins at residential and commercial locations Maintain the cleaning truck, including: Refueling as needed Filling onboard water tanks Draining and disposing of dirty water appropriately Communicate with clients and team as needed Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor Handle day-to-day route variations or unexpected changes Requirements Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and follow a route schedule Must pass a background check Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods Comfortable working in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Able to use a smartphone for job tracking and communication Compensation $20/hour Average of 25-30 hours per week Paid as a 1099 contractor How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume and any recent, relevant work experience.
