The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting guests at CLIMB Works, we don’t just offer zipline tours—we create unforgettable experiences that leave people better than we found them. We’re looking for friendly and responsible Smoothie (UTV) Drivers to transport guests from the bottom of our zipline course to the top. This isn’t your average driving job – our Smoothie Drivers are among the first faces our guests see and play a key role in setting the tone for their adventure! Job Involves:

Safety drive a 6-seater UTV (Polaris and Yamaha) up and down a scenic and rugged trail, transporting guests and gear. Provide warm, engaging customer service during each ride. Communicate clearly with the tour staff via radio communication to ensure smooth operations and on-time operations Offer brief introductions to guests and assist with questions or concerns Perform regular maintenance checks and adhere to checklists to ensure the vehicle and roads are in excellent condition. Exhibit professional and friendly behavior at all times to enhance the guest experience. Occasionally assist with minor site or vehicle maintenance.

What Sets You Apart:

Must be at least 18 years old and have graduated high school or the equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years. Comfortable driving on uneven terrain and in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Bonus Points:

This role requires a strong understanding of route driving, vehicle operation, and adherence to safety regulations. The Driver will operate different types of vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and refrigerated trailers, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of service. Responsibilities Operate various types of vehicles including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and tankers for local and long-distance deliveries. Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other equipment as necessary. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle. Qualifications Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle operated (e.g., tanker, flatbed). Experience in route driving or as a delivery driver preferred. Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Familiarity with forklift operation is beneficial. Ability to handle various types of trucks including roll-off trucks and refrigerated trailers. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
