In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. As a key member of our service team, you will ensure that each delivery meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in café or quick-service fast food restaurant environments. Duties Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport donuts to customers. Ensure timely delivery of orders while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the delivery vehicle. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders and any potential delays. Upsell additional items when appropriate to enhance customer experience. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the café as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and packaging. Skills Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. Experience in the food industry, particularly in café or quick-service fast food restaurant settings. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems, such as Aloha POS. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Capability to upsell products effectively while delivering excellent customer service.
