Overview Job Summary This is a Driver position where you will be delivering IV medications and supplies to patients in their home within 150-mile radius of the Memphis Metro area. Job Responsibilities Inspects vehicle prior to shift to ensure proper working order. Communicates with patients. Delivers IV medications and supplies safely to destination. Completes assigned goals Experience Description Appropriate experience in customer service, patient lifting/assisting Education Appropriate Education-Knowledge, skills and mental development equivalent to completion of 4 years of high school, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience Special Skills Excellent oral communication skills Licensure Driver’s license: TN = class D with F endorsement or MS = class A, B, C, or D–any level must have P endorsement Work Environment Functional Demands Sedentary Very light energy level Lift 10lbs. box overhead. Lift and carry 15lbs. Push/pull 20lbs. cart Light Moderate energy level Lift and carry 25-35lbs. Push/pull 50-100lbs. (ie. empty bed, stretcher) Medium High energy level Lift and carry 40-50lbs.
