We have immediate openings schedule an interview and road test today! The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods to various locations. This role requires the ability to operate commercial vehicles, manage loading and unloading tasks, and navigate routes effectively. If you have experience in driving, pallet jack operation and ensuring timely deliveries, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks to transport goods to designated locations safely and efficiently. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage. Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any delays or issues encountered on the road. Assist with lifting as required during loading and unloading processes. Utilize pallet jack equipment when necessary for moving heavy items or pallets safely. Requirements Valid driver’s license is required. Air Brake Endorsement a plus but not required. Valid DOT Medical Card Experience operating a pallet jack. Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is essential. Ability to perform lifting tasks as needed during deliveries. Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is a plus. Knowledge of safe loading/unloading practices is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining accurate records.
