Non-CDL Driver 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Memphis, TN Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations while ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism, as well as the ability to navigate various routes effectively. Responsibilities Operate delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. No touch freight. Follow established routes and schedules while maintaining flexibility for changes as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding safe driving practices. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is preferred. Familiarity with route driving and local geography is an asset. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings. Be able to effectively communicate with dispatcher.
