Duties Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations. Perform vehicle loading and unloading with care to prevent damage. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions before towing. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in distress and addressing their needs. Manage conflicts effectively, ensuring a positive experience for customers during challenging situations. Maintain accurate records of towing activities, including vehicle details and service reports. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Skills Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience with load unloading procedures for various types of vehicles. Familiarity with operating tow trucks and understanding their mechanisms. Basic knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics to identify issues before towing. Ability to operate forklifts safely when necessary.
