Driver Enclave JoyRide 121 Boone Street, Jonesborough, TN 37659 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting clients to and from appointments and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, a commitment to safety, customer service, and the ability to handle our clients needs. We specialize in Non-Emergency Medical Transport. We work Monday through Saturday starting around 6 AM to 6 PM. Responsibilities Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport Clients according to established routes. Help Clients in and out of our vehicles, ensuring proper measures to ensure the Clients safety. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and Clients regarding appointment schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations. Utilize equipment such as wheelchair lifts for loading and unloading Clients who use wheelchairs as necessary. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on the road. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred. Ability to perform customer service and dignity to our Clients Familiarity with vehicle operations and route driving is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with Clients. Proficient in using navigation tools or GPS systems for efficient route planning.
