Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team.

Part time drivers needed and Home daily. As a Truck Driver, you will beresponsible for safely transporting goods and materials to variouslocations. This position requires operating tractor-trailers, straighttrucks, and forklifts. If you have experience in delivery driving andare proficient in manual transmission, we encourage you to apply. We area locally owned, 95 year old trucking company.

Duties:

• Safely operate various types of trucks and heavy equipment, includingtractor-trailers, straight trucks, and forklifts.
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and atjob sites.
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in goodworking condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and anyincidents or accidents that occur.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team membersto coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver or deliverydriver.
• Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as tractor-trailers,straight trucks, and forklifts.
• Familiarity with manual transmission is required.
• Ability to load and unload freight using appropriate equipment andtechniques.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
