EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Operates single and double axel dump trucks, backhoe, bobcat, excavator, etc.
Maintains assigned vehicles and equipment; performs pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Transports materials and equipment to and from work sites.
Flags traffic and installs traffic control devices at work sites.
Cuts asphalt and concrete.
Operates leaf collector.
Shoots grade.
Cleans ditches.
Maintains alleys.
Builds drainage boxes.
Performs related duties.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
GuidelinesTraffic laws, work safety policies, and city policies and procedures. These guidelines are generally clear and specific, but may require some interpretation in application.
